Put all your information about USMNT jerseys past and present right here.

If I can impose on your time with a rather simple question, is it still possible to find a 2008-2009 Home jersey anywhere? I’ve been looking for one and have been unable to come up with anything despite the fact that the new home jersey has yet to be released. If you happen to have any information on the subject it would be greatly appreciated though I understand you probably have greater concerns. It just occurred to me that who better to ask then the writers of The Shin Guardian? Also, in the course of my searching I stumbled upon this 1950’s edition jersey for sale.
I thought it might be neat to have around since the new jerseys are reminiscent. I haven’t seen it being sold anywhere else so I figured I’d pass it on.

here is a link to 4 classic USA kits, actually just a cool site to check out a lot of old time jerseys, have been very close to hitting the buy button on some of those tottenham kits many of times

You can hit up this one Honduran guy that I swapped jerseys with in a drunken stupor at RFK last gold cup.
In conclusion, if you’re in the market for a knock off honduras jersey hit me up.

I searched for two months or so before finding one available on Nike.com, but the Larges and Mediums sold out in an hour or so after I purchased mine. There are tons of sites that are a bit dodgy but might be your only chance, just google the US Home Jersey and sift through all of the links.
Also, check on FootballShirtCulture.com, there are boards that people will respond if they have anything. ClassicFootballShirts.co.uk might acquire one of these in a while, you can send them an email with any requests you have.
Once you do get your hands on one, USSoccer.com has a form that allows you to mail your shirt to them for printing purposes if you desire.

Not sure if they’ll have the right size, but found this online.

wow i did realize it was hard to find these, but after 20 minutes of searching, i realize it is, ebay has nothing, at least real adult kits, i would too recommend http://www.classicfootballshirts.co.uk/International-Teams-North-America/c23_80/index.html
although they dont have any as of yet. I’m glad i bought my Jozy Large home when i did, and who says buying things while drunk is a bad idea :)
I’ll keep searching if only because its better than working and post anything i find, btw what size are you looking for? i found a youth xl !

Thanks guys, I appreciate all the feedback. @KL Jersey99 lists them but as sold out. @Ryan, thanks for the YXL offer! I was actually looking for a S and think I found one. I randomly checked on the NikeStore and they just brought them back for a discount $54 but only in S.
Looks like the last of their stock going on clearance. Finding anything other than a S looks pretty unlikely though.

This got me thinking, in preparation for getting our fandom on for the WC, it would be neat to see an article that provided a comprehensive list/rating for all the sites out there that sell USMNT gear. Maybe the community could send in their favorite sites and opinions? Or groups like Sam’s Army can be polled as well? Then maybe we can create a go-to article for all the bet resources for showing your USMNT pride. Just a thought, thanks for all the help!

I think this is a great idea, Sam’s Army, American Outlaws etc.

actually you could expand on that, on the best sites to get USMNT players club kits, like the best place to buy a FC Sochaux Charlie Davies kit, or a Jozy Altidore Hull kit

I would love both of your guys help if you want to start rating sites here…get your friend’s to rate them…and then I’ll write the article and publicize it everywhere…

I started to compile a list of websites where you can find different USMNT and its players club kits.
With the list I have tried my best to add costs (kit cost, customization, shipping, total cost) as well notes on shipping lengths and size restrictions.
Without having ordered a kit from most these site, i didn’t rate based on personal experience, rather how those sites stacked up against each other.
This is defiantly a work in progress. over time, I would like to add at least the starting 11 for the USMNT, where you can find their club kits and so on, as well as USMNT gear. I would like also like to refine my rating system, right now i am using a very simple low/mid/high, eventually i would like to move it to a number system. (maybe based on people voting the sites 1-5?)
The best way i can share what I have so far is by using Google docs. if anyone cares, have a look let me know your thoughts, and if you would like to help out, let me know and i can invite you to have the ability to edit the doc itself, if you want to help grow this list. i believe you can also download this list, so feel free to download, update and send to me so i can update the master
* a few things about the doc, shipping based on my location (Boston, MA) all prices in USD (i used xe.com to figure exchange rates)
here is the link to the doc.
I would send this around to my friends, but honestly none of them give a shit about soccer/football.

The other issue, at least for rating sites at the moment, is with the new jersey coming in and old ones being phased out, which sites have what available is kind of hard to judge since they’re all making the transition. Throw in the resulting clearance prices and occasionally higher prices for new items and it becomes hard to get an accurate bead on just how each site stacks up to the rest. Maybe it will be more settled once the new home jersey is released and shipped out to suppliers.
Google docs would be the best way. I have a friend who works at a soccer company here in Southern California (Donovan went to high school at our local public school) and he’s going to send me their info. Ill pass along anything else I find as well but your list looks like a really good start.
On a somewhat related note, it would be neat to figure out (is this another article?) what the most popular three pieces of fan gear are and try to provide info on them. I’m thinking jerseys, scarves, and flags? Does anybody make a DTOM flag? That would be awesome. Some guy in my neighberhood actually flies the original Revolutionary War flag with the snake on it (Sorry George but it still looks pretty badass even today).

Does anyone have any leads on a 1998 White US Jersey, Size Large?

On a somewhat random side note: Is there a good site? Or can someone please make one that has good USMNT computer desktop designs, firefox personas, windows themes, etc. There are some really poor ones out there, but I’d love a simple desktop that’s mostly a solid color with the US soccer crest on it that’s looks good on a larger monitor. And I can’t find anything.
