Rongen Calls Agudelo, Zahavi, More Into U20

Thomas Rongen made it official today, calling in 18 of the 20 players that will participate in the Torneo de las Americas in Kennesaw, Ga., from Nov. 21-29.

The best US goalie prospect you likely haven't heard about plays at Ipswich Town under....the one...the only Roy Keane.

The U.S. will face Colombia on Nov. 26 and Mexico on Nov. 28 in the three-team round robin tournament held at the Kennesaw State Soccer Stadium.

I’m assuming that Bowen gets replaced if LA beats Dallas or is Rongen just going to have him come in late if the Galaxy are in MLS Cup?

And the random Rongen call-up of the camp….kudos to Eduardo Fernandez!

Surprised to see Victor Garza and Jack McInerney omitted.

  3. Cropper, along with Samir Badr of FC Porto, and Bill Hamid are rounding this group into one of the better ones in recent memory, never heard of this Fernandez kid…but the more the merrier

I havent been this excited about a youth roster ever.

Bill Hamid is a 1990. He’s not eligible for this WC.

GK depth chart probably looks like this:
      1. Zac MacMath
      2. Samir Badr
      3. Cody Cropper.
