Its the actor John Doman aka Rawls from “the wire”. The voiceover isnt from a scene in a movie tho. Its from a versus commercial which was released a few years ago. (search youtube for “versus comercial explosions in the sky”)
Versus did another commercial with the same guy narrating and Apocalyptica’s version of Metallica’s song “One” which is pretty good as well.

I was in Ecuador watching it in a bar in Banyos with an Aussie, an Israeli, and my godfather. It was one of the greatest games I’ve seen. We were the US and the rest of the bar was Spain. We left in silence as Champs of that game.
