Jurgen Klinsmann dropped 16 names in the hopper for World Cup qualifying.
Conspicious by their appearance are Joe Corona and Edgar Castillo showing that Klinsmann really wants to find some more left-side attacking help on the senior side.
Conspicous by his absence was Timmy Chandler….and there is really no good reason for that this time.
US forward Terrence Boyd also personally announced his call-up on Twitter–though the official release doesn’t name him.
Update: Landon Donovan noted at the White House today that he would be called in upon the next announcement.
