Thanks Dad: A Top 50 Goal Compilation

Soccer Dad sent us this video with the following note yesterday, “This is soccer, any interest?”

My Dad was a catcher in baseball and an accomplished member of the rifle team at St. John’s University. He was also the youngest person to have the nuclear codes on a Navy frigate….a story I have honestly heard about 1,200 times in my life.

I, however, played soccer and, yes, ultimate frisbee. So when he sends me soccer “stuff” I kind of feel obliged.

This is pretty good.

Thanks Dad..for the email…not the Navy stories.

  1. My favorite is the set-play trickeration that saw four or five players get a touch on the ball prior to the tap-in.

Seedorf. That goal still haunts my dreams.
